Terms of sale.
The terms that apply when you purchase a RenewBase refurbished appliance through our website.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to purchases made from RenewBase, a trading name of Palladium Group Ltd. They should be read together with the product description, delivery information, warranty information and any other information presented before you place an order.
Add the company's registered office address and company number here, and ensure they match the legal details shown at checkout and on your invoices.
2. Product condition
Our appliances are refurbished or pre-owned goods. Product descriptions, photographs, condition notes and specifications form an important part of the contract. Because refurbished appliances are not new, reasonable signs of previous use may exist unless the listing says otherwise.
3. Prices and orders
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery charges are calculated separately where applicable and shown before checkout. An order is subject to acceptance and availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment due.
4. Delivery
Our standard delivery pricing and service are explained on the Delivery and Shipping Policy pages. Customers must provide an accurate address and disclose material access restrictions.
5. Warranty
Unless otherwise stated, appliances include 3 months of RenewBase warranty cover. Eligible products may offer paid extensions to 6, 9 or 12 months. The commercial warranty is additional to statutory consumer rights and does not limit them.
6. Faults and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to conform to the contract, the remedies available to you are governed by applicable consumer law.
7. Cancellation and returns
Online and other distance purchases may carry a statutory cancellation right. See our Returns & Refunds page for the practical process. Nothing in that page or these terms removes statutory rights.
8. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, following manufacturer instructions, using the appliance appropriately and ensuring the installation environment is suitable. These responsibilities do not override your statutory rights.
9. Limitation of liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses where you purchase as a consumer.
10. Complaints
If something goes wrong, contact us first so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve it. Please provide your order details and a clear description of the issue.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the relevant part of the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
