Clear delivery quotes
Delivery is free within 20 miles of our base. Beyond 20 miles, the standard charge is £0.70 per additional mile, with the delivery distance rounded up to the next 5-mile band for quoting.
Quote before payment
The delivery quotation is calculated from the postcode entered on the product page and carried through to the basket. You confirm the postcode before proceeding.
Accurate details matter
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and tell us about access restrictions, stairs, narrow entrances or other practical issues.
Standard delivery
Unless a listing says otherwise, our standard service is delivery of the appliance to the agreed address. Installation, connection and removal of an existing appliance are not included unless separately agreed.
We will agree a practical delivery date or delivery period with you. If no specific period has been agreed, consumer law provides default delivery obligations. We will communicate material delivery issues as soon as reasonably possible.
